Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health degree is required, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within a year of hiring.
• Maintain certification throughout your employment duration.
