Job Description

Understand what the business does and how it does it; Identify scope and get the requirements; Analyze business functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flows; Preparing business process maps and high-level work flows, methodology and business, workflow; Meeting with clients individually and in JAD sessions to define detailed business requirements; Developing / documenting requirements in a Use Case, Functional Specification, Wireframes; Identifying candidate business processes for redesign; Determine how to improve existing business process; Identifying modifications to automated processes; Drives and uncovers large and complex requirements across systems and business domains. Understands the integration of processes across domains scope, charter, plans; Ability to formulate concepts; Communication of technical information to a non-technical audience; communication of business information to a technical audience; Co-ordinate testing efforts with QA

Qualifications

Intermediate experience with ETL; Intermediate experience with SCRUM; Advanced experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint; Intermediate experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server PREFERRED
