Hidden Creek is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to own client relationships, ensure project success, and drive business growth. If you excel at communication, problem-solving, and collaboration, this role is for you.
Daily Responsibilities
- Lead proactive updates, property walks, consultations, and issue resolution with clients
- Manage renewals, identify enhancements, support proposals, and keep account information current
- Coordinate across Sales, Design, Build, and Operations teams to ensure projects stay on track
- Communicate clearly, follow through, and maintain calm under pressure
- Help clients understand project expectations and ensure satisfaction
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in account management, landscaping, or related industry
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Financial understanding of budgets and profitability
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience in commercial or residential landscape maintenance
- Proficiency in LMN, Aspire, Buildertrend, or CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field
