Family-owned, commercial-focused community bank with assets in excess of $300MM seeks Wire Clerk to join its team in Tulsa, OK.
Summary: Compiles and reconciles data involving electronic transfer of funds to maintain accounting records by performing the following duties
Responsibilities: include but are not limited to the following. As necessary, other duties may be assigned under the direction and discretion of supervisor.
· Responsible for wire transfer activities, including transaction posting and all other procedures necessary to complete the transfer and the required documentation
· Prepares daily wire log for Bank Secrecy Act
· Cross-trains with the Accounting Assistant Vice President in order to provide backup assistance when necessary
· Ensures daily work is neat and organized
· Performs Federal Reserve Bank interest balancing
· Performs IOLTA balancing
· Performs daily CO-Banks reconciliation
Qualifications: Must possess 1 yr. finance or banking experience
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
