Social Content Manager

About You:

We’re looking for a Social Content Manager to help grow and manage Fello’s social presence.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating, publishing, and managing content while engaging directly with the community. You’ll work closely with leadership, marketing, and growth teams to help turn ideas into content, manage day-to-day channel execution, and ensure Fello consistently shows up with a strong voice across every platform.

The ideal candidate has strong editorial instincts, great attention to detail, and enough experience to make smart decisions without needing constant direction.

You Will:

Manage Fello’s Social Presence:

• Own day-to-day execution across Fello’s social channels, including publishing, scheduling, and channel management
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community conversations, engaging thoughtfully with customers, prospects, and partners
• Help ensure Fello consistently shows up with a strong voice and active presence across every platform

Create and Repurpose Content:

• Work closely with the CEO, Head of Community, and Marketing team to turn ideas, events, customer stories, and company initiatives into content
• Capture, edit, and publish social-first content across channels
• Repurpose webinars, podcasts, events, and existing content into new formats that extend reach and engagement

Leverage AI to Scale Content:

• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, editing, research, and publishing workflows
• Review and refine AI-assisted content to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
• Help build repeatable systems that allow Fello to create more content without sacrificing quality

Measure, Learn, and Improve:

• Track performance across channels and report on engagement, growth, and content effectiveness
• Identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities to improve results
• Support testing and experimentation across content formats, messaging, and distribution strategies

You Have:

• Experience in social media, content marketing, community, editorial, or a related field
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Good editorial judgment and an eye for quality
• Basic video editing or content production experience
• Experience creating content for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, or YouTube
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Interest in AI and modern content workflows
• Open to occasional travel

Nice To Haves:

• Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or media
• Experience in the real estate industry, including real estate teams, brokerages, proptech, or related businesses
• Experience managing brand or executive social accounts
• Familiarity with AI-powered content tools
• Experience supporting online communities or community engagement initiatives
