Bilingual Customer Service Agent

Providing high-level customer service solutions, the full-time remote Bilingual Customer Service Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls, assess customer needs, and ensure satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions Identify and assess customers' needs to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas, ensuring a high level of customer engagement Required qualifications At least one year of previous high-volume call center experience Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Fluency in both English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in using Windows and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new software Ability to work flexible hours and maintain a professional demeanor in a remote work environment
