Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments tailored to the age and cultural context of each student, identifying mental health, substance abuse, and medical needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and treatment planning to students and families.

• Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation of mental health evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with established protocols.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive support plans for students experiencing mental health challenges.

• Provide referrals to local community resources, including medication-assisted treatment programs and additional support services.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of processes that enhance data collection and reporting.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
