Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual video therapy sessions with clients to address their mental health needs effectively.

• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in identifying and articulating their treatment goals and liaising for additional resources when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for various mental health concerns, including stress management, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A current, independent license in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficient computer skills for managing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
