We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our dynamic team at our facility in Des Moines, IA, 50323. As a Lab Technician in our factory, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. • Conduct routine laboratory tests and analyses to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Sets up and calibrates HPLC/GC testing equipment.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Document and report test results accurately and promptly to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any quality issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new testing procedures and protocols.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Associate's degree in Laboratory Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience utilizing HPLC/GC instruments is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
