As Regional Manager, you will have the backing of our corporate team to establish and scale 3 to 6 service locations across your region. You will be growth‑focused, using your P&L as a scorecard while making the strategic decisions that drive real expansion. You will build high‑performing teams, forge relationships with key insurance and commercial partners, and create operational excellence in restoration services. This is more than a job.
