Showroom Customer Service Rep

MSI is seeking a Showroom Customer Service Rep to deliver exceptional in-person support for customers exploring our gaming and creator hardware. You’ll greet visitors, answer product questions, demonstrate laptops, desktops, monitors, and components, and guide customers to the right solutions. Partner with sales and technical teams to resolve issues, process orders, and coordinate follow-ups. You’ll maintain a polished, well-organized showroom, track customer feedback, and support events or product launches. This role is ideal for tech‑savvy, customer-focused talent passionate about gaming, performance PCs, and high-quality service.
