• Schedule: Full Time - Tuesday - Saturday: 9:30am - 6:00pm

• Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 6:00pm, and Saturday: 7:30am - 5:00pm

Lexus of Sacramento is looking for a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Service Department team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing appointments, and creating a positive service experience from start to finish.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an important contact for service customers, assisting with scheduling, communication, and widespread support while ensuring every guest receives first-class care.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming service department calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments.

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience.

• Communicate with customers regarding service appointments, confirmations, and follow-up needs.

• Direct inquiries to Service Advisors and other appropriate team members.

• Help with appointment management and customer records.

• Support the Service Department with administrative and customer service tasks.

• Respond to customer questions.

What You'll Bring

• 1 year of previous customer service, receptionist, call center, or dealership experience.

• Experience assisting customers through chat and email support.

• Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting quality and time expectations.

• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.

• Arrive on time and contribute to a professional, team-focused work environment.

Total Rewards

The Hourly Pay for this position is $18.00.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
