We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Records Specialist for a 3-month contract role (with potential extension or FTE conversion) to manage and maintain critical master documentation for manufacturing, packaging, and testing operations.

responsibilities:

• Analyze and coordinate scheduled production batches to ensure complete and accurate manufacturing document availability.
• Prioritize and issue Master Batch Records, testing specifications, and laboratory documentation while calculating product expiration dates.
• Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies using platforms like TrackWise and Documentum.
• Develop customized batch records to fulfill validation protocols, special studies, and component qualification needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and monitor daily production schedules to align documentation delivery with dynamic shift requirements.

 
qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Chemistry, or a related field).
• 3+ years of quality assurance documentation experience within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Advanced expertise in MS Word along with proficiency in EDMS platforms (TrackWise, Documentum).
• Exceptional organizational, proofreading, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
