You will drive operational safety and systems optimization, directly impacting client satisfaction throughout the tri-state area.\n\nHow You Will Make an Impact:\n\n Perform comprehensive installations, routine maintenance, and complex repairs on various boiler systems\n Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and schematics to troubleshoot burner sequences and complex boiler logic\n Execute detailed mechanical maintenance including open, clean, and close procedures and refractory repairs\n Conduct rigorous field inspections to ensure all systems meet local codes and manufacturer safety standards\n Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients to deliver exceptional field customer service\n Program and commission advanced combustion management systems including Fireye, Siemens, and Honeywell controls\n\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience:\n\n Valid driver's license\n Proven professional background in industrial boiler maintenance, HVAC/R, or a specialized mechanical field\n Demonstrated literacy in reading and interpreting complex electrical ladders and piping diagrams\n Ability to independently manage field service routes while maintaining strict technical standards\n Must be able to lift minimum 50+ lbs\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications & Experience:\n\n High School Diploma or GED\n 5 or more years of related work experience in boiler operations and service\n Advanced knowledge of linkageless systems, fuel-air ratio profiling, and flame safeguard controls\n Combustion tuning on commercial boilers\n OSHA 10 Certification\n Available for on-call and Holiday work\n\n\nCompensation & Benefits:\n\n Competitive weekly pay cycle with overtime potential and annual or performance-based bonuses\n Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance along with a Health Savings Account\n 401(k) retirement savings program featuring competitive employer matching contributions.
