Tacoma, WA [DOC WFSE Monthly Salary Range 39: $3,849.00 to $5,124.00]

This position works for Tacoma Unit 2 located at 514 South 13th Street, Tacoma, WA 98402. Under general supervision from the Administrative Assistant 4 (AA4), this position performs file management and routine, advanced clerical support tasks for three Community Corrections Division Field Units. Working independently, you will perform a variety of complex clerical projects and assignments and perform duties involved with working at the reception desk. The following working conditions will be required:

• Regular contact with supervised individuals that have a variety of mental health special needs.
• Working with and around armed officers.
• Working in an open cubicle environment.
• The ability to change priorities as needed.
• Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
