$110,000 Base Salary + Annual Bonus Opportunity of up to 35% Medical, Dental, Vision & 401(k) with Company Match We're seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary program at one of our boutique hotel properties. If you're a hands-on culinary leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, creating exceptional guest experiences, and driving culinary excellence across multiple outlets, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Lead all culinary operations across multiple food and beverage outlets and banquet operations. Develop seasonal menus that balance creativity, quality, and profitability. Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, sanitation, and consistency. Manage food and labor costs, purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships. Partner with hotel leadership to enhance the guest experience and drive operational success. Qualifications Executive Chef experience in a full-service hotel, resort, or upscale multi-outlet restaurant. Proven ability to lead and develop culinary teams. Strong financial acumen with experience managing food and labor costs. Passion for quality, consistency, and hospitality. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
