Clinical Care Manager

To support global health initiatives, the full-time Texas Licensed Clinical Care Manager will manage global assistance cases, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and perform clinical assessments while working remotely in a 24/7 environment. Key responsibilities: Managing global assistance cases and coordinating with healthcare providers for optimal patient care Conducting clinical assessments and communicating case direction to logistics specialists for necessary evacuations or continued care Documenting all interactions and medical records to ensure continuity of care and compliance with quality assurance standards Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree (BSN) or equivalent experience Active licensure in the United States as a Registered Nurse 3+ years of critical acute care clinical experience, including ER, ICU, or international travel nursing Proficiency in medical terminology and Electronic Medical Records Availability to work 8 - 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
