Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct a range of routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform the necessary preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Document all laboratory procedures meticulously, train new team members, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a clean, safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation demands.

Education

• Earned a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of your hire.
• Keep your certification current throughout your employment.
