ROE Dental Laboratory is a leading full-service dental laboratory dedicated to providing exceptional products, innovative digital solutions, and outstanding customer service to dental professionals nationwide. We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department and drive the continued growth of the ROE brand.

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of ROE Dental Laboratory's branding, digital marketing, lead generation, content strategy, customer engagement, marketing operations, and event marketing. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that generate measurable business growth while strengthening brand awareness and customer retention.

The ideal candidate has experience in a corporate marketing department or agency environment and is equally comfortable developing strategy, executing campaigns, analyzing performance, managing vendors, and leading multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

• Maintain and protect the ROE Dental Laboratory brand across all marketing channels.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with established brand standards and messaging.
• Lead branding initiatives that strengthen ROE's market presence and reputation.

Digital Marketing

• Manage ROE's digital marketing strategy, including website updates, landing pages, SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid advertising, and lead generation campaigns.
• Optimize lead funnels and continuously improve conversion rates through data-driven marketing.
• Partner with web developers to enhance website performance and user experience.
• Execute paid print and digital advertising campaigns, including display advertising, sponsored content, advertorials, and placements in dental industry publications.

Content Marketing & Social Media

• Develop educational and promotional content for dentists and dental professionals.
• Coordinate production of clinical videos, product videos, case studies, testimonials, webinars, and educational content.
• Manage ROE's social media content calendar and organic publishing strategy across all platforms.
• Monitor online reviews, comments, and social media interactions to maintain and strengthen ROE's online reputation.

Marketing Campaigns

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, print, paid advertising, and digital channels.
• Manage campaign creative, audience targeting, vendors, budgets, and timelines.
• Measure campaign performance using key metrics including lead generation, cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on investment.
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, one-pagers, clinical books, sales sheets, presentation decks, and product literature.
• Partner closely with the sales team to improve lead generation, lead routing, follow-up, and customer engagement.
• Manage ROE's online merchandise stores by refreshing products and promotional offerings.

Events & Strategic Partnerships

• Coordinate ROE's participation in dental conferences, trade shows, continuing education events, and industry meetings.
• Manage booth logistics, promotional materials, event marketing, and post-show lead follow-up.
• Measure event performance and ROI in collaboration with the sales team.
• Support partnerships with manufacturers, industry associations, and key opinion leaders through sponsorships, co-marketing, and promotional initiatives.

Marketing Operations & Analytics

• Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot, including CRM management, workflows, automation, lead scoring, reporting, attribution, and campaign management.
• Track customer retention, lead generation, campaign effectiveness, website performance, and other key marketing metrics.
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and continuously improve performance.
• Coordinate and manage the workflow of the creative marketing team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and at the highest quality.

Qualifications

Required

• Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in a corporate marketing department or agency.
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, and marketing analytics.
• Experience managing marketing automation, CRM systems, lead generation, and customer engagement programs.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative software.
• Experience in healthcare, dental, medical device, or B2B marketing.
• Experience managing trade shows, conferences, and event marketing.
• Experience leading or coordinating creative teams and external vendors.
