About The Position

Bluebird Fiber is seeking an account manager specializing in retention & relationship management of our existing enterprise customers. This position will be assisting in the management of our small to mid-size customers in the business enterprise space, with a focus on retaining and growing revenue within an assigned book of business.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, or Inside Sales required, preferably in the telecommunications industry
• Salesforce experience strongly preferred

Summary

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with assigned existing customer base to renew existing services and generate new business from the organization’s products and services
• Provide high-level concierge support to customers within assigned account base
• Inventory and audit reporting as needed
• Supporting customers through the renewal process so they have an excellent experience with Bluebird Fiber
• Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups
• Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas
• Assist in data integrity and customer reporting functions for customers renewing services
• Work closely with internal departments
• Able to take full ownership of tasks and work with minimal supervision
