PSDO Operations and Transformation Manager

Support and execute the organization's automation and operations roadmap in alignment with business priorities Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities across operations Collaborate with executives to align initiatives with business goals and operational excellence Oversee deployment of automation tools, including RPA and selective AI solutions, within operational workflows Collaborate with digital and transformation teams to evaluate relevant technologies Ensure integration with enterprise systems and operational processes Track efficiency, quality, and ROI metrics from automation initiatives Refine workflows using Lean and continuous-improvement approaches Establish governance frameworks aligned with compliance and enterprise standards Lead cross-functional operations, engineering, and data teams Provide training and support for adoption of new tools and process improvements Manage direct reports through hiring, performance management, coaching, and career development Communicate strategy, operational priorities, and roadmap updates to executive staff and stakeholders Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs across multiple programs Ensure resource allocation and delivery against goals, timelines, and budgets while adapting to changing priorities Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field At least 15+ years of relevant professional experience Minimum 5 years of experience in automation, AI implementation, or digital transformation initiatives At least 5 years of leadership or management experience Experience leading operations, strategic initiatives, global transformation programs, AI tools, and automations Strong background in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies Core PLM competency with
