This role is responsible for increasing company market share by signing new dealers, developing and maintaining positive business relationships, and increasing awareness of the company program.How will you drive value within the organization as a Dealer Enrollment Coordinator?Develop and maintain positive business relationships with dealers through daily conversations and solicitations while educating on company products/servicesEducate dealers on all aspects of the company lending program and how to maximize the value of the program for their individual dealershipProvide exceptional customer service through effective and timely communications and responsiveness to all dealer agreement p processing questions and inquiriesReview dealer agreements for completion and accuracy; partner with dealers to resolve any outstanding items related to their agreementBuild and expand the assigned territory by identifying and enrolling new dealershipsEstablish and track monthly dealer signup objectives for assigned dealersMaintain electronic records and filesFoster a collaborative culture that facilitates the achievement of business plan objectives by working closely with other associates and members of managementPerform additional assignments and special projects as required by the needs of the company or as directed by managementWhat should you already know to be successful as a Dealer Enrollment Coordinator?High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferredExperience in the automotive industry preferredDemonstrated sales skills including the ability to think quickly in a dynamic environment and successfully overcome resistanceExcellent interpersonal skills: friendly and tactful with the ability to influence others, effectively manage conflict, exercise sound judgment, effectively manage highly sensitive and confidential information, interact at all levels within the organization, and build cross-functional partnerships across the businessStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsTeam player that can adapt in a fast pace and changing environmentProficient computer skills with working knowledge of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new computer applications as requiredCommitment to exemplifying the organizational core values and key competenciesEmployment Requirements:Significant portions of daily assignments involve application of manual skills requiring motor coordination in combination with finger dexterityRemain in a stationary position up to 100% of the workdayConstantly operate a computer and other standard office equipmentJob functions involve sedentary to light physical effort. Physical demands range from sitting, walking, standing, or pushing or pulling materials. Work may involve exerting up to 10 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.Be able to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, bending, and kneelingSchedule:This position is full-timeMust be flexible to work within departmental operating days and times which include Monday through Friday, 9:00am-6:00pmRegular, predictable attendance is required, including overtime hours as business demands dictateEvening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
