Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personal caseload of clients, establishing trusting and respectful relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, review treatment plans and goals, and facilitate timely discharge when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that prioritize client needs, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, in compliance with organizational requirements and legal standards.

• Perform thorough intake assessments that guide client care and inform treatment strategies.
\n
• Engage in individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s needs.

• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to align on treatment goals and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will primarily serve our diverse outpatient population, encompassing individuals of all ages, ethnic backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Our clients include those seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, counseling, or related fields is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is mandatory.

• Proficiency in utilizing various computer systems, including spreadsheet software, electronic health records, and clinical management platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our LPCs enjoy a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year with the opportunity to work in a fee-for-service model that guarantees pay ahead of collections.
