Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Day Shift Corporate Lobby Patrol in New York, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.06 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon09:00 AM - 05:00 PMTue09:00 AM - 05:00 PMWed09:00 AM - 05:00 PMThur09:00 AM - 05:00 PMFri09:00 AM - 05:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, exterior grounds, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and report maintenance, lighting, or other property concerns to appropriate personnel. Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
