License/Certifications: Kansas State License, NBCOT Certification (preferred)

Experience: Prior pediatric OT experience preferred

Hourly Rate: $36.60 - $45.00 (based on education and experience)

What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients ages 0-3 years in the Infant Child Development (ICD) program
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for children demonstrating delays in daily living, neuromuscular, sensory-integrative, cognitive, or psychosocial skills
• Deliver therapy sessions focused on improving development in areas such as play, activities of daily living, and sensory processing
• Collaborate with families and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document and track patient progress and discharge planning
• Educate families on therapy techniques and home activities
• Support program goals for early childhood intervention

What You Need

Required:

• Kansas State Occupational Therapy License
• NBCOT Certification (preferred)
• Experience working with pediatric populations

Preferred:

• Experience in early childhood development or related fields
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
