Start date is ASAP for this contract position ending May 31, 2027.Location-TypeRemoteStart DateASAPDurationContract, through May 31, 2027Compensation Range$40-45/hrBenefitsEligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401KVisa SponsorshipNot eligible for visa sponsorshipJob DescriptionThe client is seeking a hands-on HRIS Analyst to provide day-to-day administration, configuration, and support for ADP Vantage across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, and IT functions in a complex organizational environment.Job Summary•Administer and support ADP Vantage and its related modules, including configuration of business rules, workflows, tables, fields, and organizational structures. •Manage role-based security, user access, permissions, and security profiles across the system. •Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot reports using ADPR to support operational and analytical needs. •Support configuration and administration of the ADP learning management system and timekeeping module, including pay rules, time codes, exceptions, and approval workflows. •Investigate and resolve system, data, access, and integration issues in a timely and documented manner. •Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical system solutions. •Perform data audits, reconciliations, testing, and quality checks to maintain system accuracy and integrity. •Create and maintain system documentation, configuration records, procedures, and user guides.Minimum Requirements•Three to four years of hands-on HRIS experience, including substantial experience with ADP Vantage configuration and administration. •Experience with ADPR reporting development and troubleshooting. •Experience administering system security, roles, permissions, and user access. •Solid understanding of core HR, payroll, and employee data processes. •Experience gathering requirements, testing system changes, troubleshooting issues, and documenting solutions. •Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when working with employee and payroll-related data.Preferred Qualifications•Experience supporting ADP Vantage within a large or complex enterprise organization. •Familiarity with HRIS integrations, file feeds, data imports, and vendor interfaces. •Experience participating in system upgrades, module implementations, or process-improvement initiatives. •Advanced Excel skills, including data validation, lookups, pivot tables, and reconciliation. •Familiarity with HR data privacy, internal controls, and audit requirements.
