As a lead Human Resources and Human Capital Program Manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding numerous efforts. Your customer will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the National Security Sector, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your customer’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. You Have:

• 10+ years of experience with HR
• 5+ years of experience as a program manager on an HR or human capital program
• 2+ years of experience leading complex federal contract transitions
• 1+ years of experience managing geographically-dispersed HR operations
• Experience building and maintaining strategic partnerships with government stakeholders, providing and effectively communicating strategic guidance, recommendations, and executive-level briefings and reports to senior government leadership
• Experience managing project performance and quality assurance across various HR functional areas and managing competing priorities
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives, including quickly assessing complex operational challenges and driving adoption of new processes
• Ability to balance technical, financial, and contractual requirements
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 2+ years of experience working within the Intelligence Community
• Experience implementing process optimizations using federal HR information system data analytics
• Experience learning AI tools
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Management
• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Completion of AI Training

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
