As a vital part of our front desk team, the Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct all visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and notifications as needed

• Assist with handling resident funds, including managing cash, checks, and credit card transactions

• Process new resident registration and maintain accurate records

• Provide support to the business office, human resources, and medical records departments as needed

• Run external errands to the post office and bank

• Perform various clerical duties, including filing, typing, faxing, and copying as required

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a healthcare facility is preferred, but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Proficiency in computer software and hardware

• High school diploma or equivalent required
