Clinical Research Patient Recruiter

To support targeted enrollment goals for clinical studies, the full-time Clinical Research Patient Recruiter will plan and implement recruitment programs, conduct patient screenings, and manage scheduling for study protocols in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Phone screen patients or caregivers with empathy and document information accurately in the database Evaluate eligibility of potential subjects through screening interviews and medical record reviews Manage incoming calls from patients interested in participating in research studies and schedule appointments accordingly Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 months experience in a medical environment or customer service Preferred qualifications include MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, EMT, or another medical license Experience with calendar management and clinical trial management systems is strongly preferred Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to type at least 40 wpm Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
