Recruiter for Technical Startup

Owning the talent acquisition process, the remote Founding Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across Go-to-Market and Engineering functions, collaborating directly with founders and hiring managers to attract exceptional talent in a competitive tech market. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruiting processes, including defining role requirements and aligning interviewers on search strategies Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies while maintaining a strong referral pipeline Standardize recruiting processes and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation Required qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 2-3 years in-house at a technical startup (B2B SaaS, Series A-C preferred) Proven experience in recruiting for Go-to-Market and Engineering roles, particularly in DevOps and Kubernetes Strong outbound sourcing track record, evaluating candidates based on attributes and potential Experience with Greenhouse ATS, including process setup and automations Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of leading intake meetings and team kickoffs
