HEAD OF ECOMMERCE - Remote

Beauty / Cosmetics Brand A fast-growing beauty and cosmetics company is looking for a scrappy, strategic, and hands-on Head of eCommerce to lead and optimize the brand's digital experience across DTC and third-party ecosystems. This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands the modern customer journey and knows how to build high-converting digital experiences across Shopify, landing pages, educational content, and external acquisition channels. The business drives a meaningful amount of traffic through Meta advertising into third-party content environments (including dermatologist and educational partner sites), so experience managing complex conversion paths is critical. The Head of eCommerce will oversee the day-to-day eCommerce function, manage a small team, and work closely with digital operations and development resources to improve site performance, conversion, and customer experience. What You’ll Do: Own and lead the overall eCommerce strategy across Shopify and related digital experiences Optimize the customer journey across both direct-to-consumer and third-party content ecosystems Partner closely with growth marketing teams to improve conversion from Meta and paid social traffic Manage and improve landing pages, blog flows, merchandising, and onsite experience Oversee site updates, testing, performance improvements, and digital operations workflows Work cross-functionally with developers and operational support resources to execute quickly and efficiently Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve conversion and retention Help build and scale the eCommerce team over time as the business continues to grow What We’re Looking For: Strong experience leading eCommerce for a DTC brand, ideally within beauty, wellness, skincare, or consumer products Deep understanding of Shopify ecosystems and customer journey optimization Experience managing traffic across both owned channels and third-party educational/content environments Hands-on operator who is comfortable executing while also thinking strategically Scrappy, resourceful, and able to move quickly in a fast-paced environment Experience managing small teams and working closely with developers or technical resources Strong understanding of conversion optimization, merchandising, and digital customer behavior #J-18808-Ljbffr Hawkeye Search Group
