Job Description

As a Drone Assembler, you will play a crucial role in assembling Group 1 quadcopter UAS platforms. Your responsibilities will include installing mechanical, electrical, and structural components according to work orders and assembly instructions. You will also perform soldering of electrical connections and components to production standards, ensuring quality and repeatability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Group 1 quadcopter UAS platforms by installing mechanical, electrical, and structural components.

• Perform soldering of electrical connections and components to meet production standards.

• Support line flow in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on quality and repeatability.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in assembly, mechanical, and hand tool usage.

• Experience in aerospace mechanical and electrical assembly.

• Familiarity with aircraft and aircraft mechanical components.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Knowledge of assembly processes and mechanical assembly techniques.

• Skill in using power tools and performing soldering tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly.

• Capability to install mechanical, electrical, and structural components.

• Soldering experience is an added advantage.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
