Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify client needs, ensuring the development of personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide individualized support to clients, families, and couples.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that build community and address common mental health challenges, fostering a sense of belonging among participants.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create an integrated approach to patient care that aligns treatment strategies with overall health goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and appropriate response protocols are followed.

• Enhance client knowledge about mental health conditions, empowering them with information about treatment options and accessible community resources.

Qualifications\n
