ABOUTTHEROLE

Weareseekingaskilledandcustomer-focusedSupportTechniciantojoinourITteam.Thismid-levelroleisresponsibleforprovidingtechnicalassistanceandsupporttoend-users,resolvingissuesrelatedtoprintservices,andensuringoptimalITservicedelivery.

TheidealcandidatewillhaveastrongunderstandingofITsystems,excellentproblem-solvingskills,detailedoriented,andacommitmenttodeliveringhigh-qualitycustomerserviceandsupport.

TherolewillbesupportingtheVITAPrintServiceoffering.Previousexperienceandknowledgeofprintersisanicetohave.Idealcandidatewillhave

helpdesktickethandlingexperienceaswellasPrintenvironmentKnowledge.
