Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients to understand their unique mental health challenges and establish trust.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment results, client goals, and evidenced-based practices.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions that address a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Use interactive and therapeutic techniques to maximize client participation.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) documenting client progress, treatment plans, and any adjustments necessary.

• Collaborate with fellow practitioners in case conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings to provide holistic support for clients while sharing insights and strategies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and training sessions to stay abreast of current mental health trends and practices.

• Contribute to the improvement of service delivery through innovative ideas, feedback, and active involvement in program evaluation activities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of three (3) years of direct clinical experience providing counseling or therapy to individuals facing mental health challenges.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport quickly and maintain empathetic client relationships.

• A competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, dependent on caseload and experience.
