Our therapists enjoy a structured schedule from Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., balancing their professional responsibilities with personal commitments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders and treatment options, empowering them to engage in their own recovery journey through comprehensive self-care practices.

• Monitor and track client progress while adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment, applying this knowledge to improve therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines to safeguard client information.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Advocate for clients’ needs, addressing mental health stigmatization, and promoting access to necessary resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n
