What You'll Do
- Provide inpatient advanced practice nursing care to adults undergoing hematology and cellular therapy treatments
- Support bone marrow biopsies, stem cell infusions, and transfusions
- Manage admissions, daily rounds, and discharge planning
- Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and post-care procedures
- Monitor and manage transplant and cellular therapy complications like GVHD, CRS, and ICANS
- Collaborate with attending physicians to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain documentation in Epic EMR and adhere to healthcare standards
What You Need
- Active Missouri license as a Nurse Practitioner
- Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology or related specialty
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- 1.5-2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience
- Strong clinical skills with excellent patient communication
- Ability to work flexible day and night shifts as scheduled

This assignment is with a leading facility in St. Louis, MO, providing inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), Hematology, and Cellular Therapy services. You will be part of a dedicated team caring for adult patients, performing procedures, managing complex cases, and supporting patient recovery and education.
