Overview
Respiratory Therapist (Registered Respiratory Therapist) travel assignment in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Start date: 10/07/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,361–$2,491 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care for adult and pediatric patients across the hospital, including assessment, treatments, and patient education.
- Manage invasive and noninvasive ventilation and ventilator settings; monitor and adjust as needed.
- Perform ABG draws and analysis; document results and respond to abnormal values.
- Troubleshoot and maintain respiratory equipment; ensure patient safety and equipment readiness.
- Conduct ongoing patient assessments and collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to develop and adjust plans.
- Support cardiopulmonary diagnostic testing as assigned.

Requirements
- Active Colorado Respiratory Care Practitioner license in good standing
- NBRC credential as RRT or CRT
- Graduate of an accredited CoARC respiratory therapy program
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Minimum 5 years of ED/acute-care hospital respiratory therapy experience with adult and pediatric patients, including ventilator management
- ABG draw and analysis experience
