Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services, including individual counseling, group therapy, and family intervention, tailored to address the complex needs of students facing mental health challenges.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evidence-based screenings to identify students' unique mental health needs and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Collaborate with educational staff, families, and external service providers to coordinate mental health services and ensure that students have access to necessary resources.

• Implement, monitor, and adjust integrated care plans that align with each student’s evolving needs, while focusing on empowerment and sustainable mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on school-aged children and adolescents who may be experiencing severe emotional disorders or mental illness. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Kansas.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience, preferably in a school or community-based setting.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and education.
