As the Detail Crew Supervisor , you'll lead our early morning and late-night cleaning teams to ensure the park is spotless, safe, and ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience every day. In this role, you'll oversee all detail cleaning projects, including pressure washing, building exterior cleaning, walkway maintenance, service area upkeep, and other park beautification efforts. You'll provide leadership, direction, and support to the detail crew during non-operating hours, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your efforts will play a critical role in creating a clean, welcoming environment for both guests and team members while helping the park look its absolute best each day. Perform thorough washdowns of buildings, sidewalks, queue lines, patios, and designated park areas. Operate pressure washers, water hoses, and other cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Remove dirt, debris, spills, gum, and other contaminants from surfaces. Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow established cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures. Report maintenance concerns, damaged property, or unsafe conditions to supervision.
