Cloud Center Of Expertise Support

Provides support to Cloud Center of Expertise leadership team and development squads. Creates and publishes dashboards and reporting to communicate backlog status and progress to stakeholders. Triages and processes new requests from stakeholders/internal customers via established intake process. Communicates with internal customers to clarify requests as needed. Communicates milestones and accomplishments to stakeholders. Provides support, resolving issues not requiring extensive system knowledge. Analyzes issues to be resolved and helps provide solutions to meet the desired business outcomes. Understands and documents requirements to ensure team meets stakeholder needs. Develops and/or update documentations and training materials.

Quals: 2-6 years of experience required.
