Bookkeeper for Invoicing

We are looking for a bookkeeper to join our Invoicing/Payments team. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, knowledgeofaccounting workflows, and experienceworkingwithbookkeepingsoftware. This role ensurestimelyandaccurateinvoicing, payment processing, reconciliations, and resolution of discrepancies to supportoptimalfinancial performance. Hours: Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST Responsibilities Generateaccurateinvoicesand distribute to customersin accordance withguidelines Process payments and refunds for vendors Correspond with customers and vendors onpayment issues Identifyand resolve payment discrepancies Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or equivalent 2+ years of US bookkeepingexperience Strong attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage high-volume workload in a deadline-driven environment Preferred: knowledge of medical billing Computer Skills Excel Pay Range

$60,000 - $70,000 USD
