Support Services Supervisor

The hiring range for this position is $81,600 - $91,260. The full range for this position is $81,600 - $114,148. The Support Services Supervisor provides supervisory and administrative leadership over the Child Support Unit, the department's office support team, and general HHS support services. This position is responsible for interpreting and implementing federal and state child support laws and developing county policies and procedures. The role includes assigning and managing workflow, training and mentoring staff, evaluating performance, leading process improvements, and recommending adjustments to workloads and priorities to ensure the department meets applicable performance standards.

Associate's degree in business, administration, human services, or a related field and five (5) years of directly related experience; or Associate's degree and three (3) years of management or supervisory experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
