Senior Corporate Counsel - M&A, Securities & Governance

Axon is seeking a senior corporate attorney to lead M&A and securities matters from NYC or Boston in a hybrid schedule. This role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and drives strategic corporate initiatives.
You will coordinate due diligence, manage external counsel, and negotiate complex transaction documents while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong governance across the organization.
