Responsibilities:

• Assist new and existing customers by phone and email.
• Convey energetic enthusiasm, brand knowledge, and product features & benefits to both wholesale business and consumers.
• Expand product knowledge and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain and revise customer accounts in the Company’s SAP system.
• Continue our culture of teamwork and cooperation with Distributors and individual accounts.
• Process orders, business forms, shipping information, applications, and all information requests.
• Assist the Marketing and Sales teams as necessary.
• Direct unresolved issues to internal resource for follow-up and resolution.
• Manage new and existing customer accounts.
• Record details of inquiries, actions, comments, complaints and other feedback.
• Answer phones, make copies, process mail, assist Office Supervisor in various functions.
• Contact existing accounts to generate new orders.
• Communicate effectively and coordinate with all internal departments.
• Follow-up on customer interactions, commitments, and promises.
• Assist in increasing sales and market share by upselling and offering new product selections to customers.
• Respond and follow-up promptly and correctly to all customer inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

• In office position. Must be able to commute to Chestnut Ridge, NY.
• Prior experience with professional makeup a strong plus.
• Knowledge gained from prior experience in customer service and sales positions.
• Experience in order entry and Microsoft Office applications (SAP experience preferred).
• Knowledge of basic administrative procedures.
• Detail oriented and have strong organization skills.
• Ability to multi-task with a high energy level.
• Must be a team player.
• Excellent communication, math, and email writing skills.
• Must be reliable & dependable and have a strong work ethic.
