Senior Paid Media Manager

Serving as the strategic lead for premiere healthcare accounts, the full-time Senior Paid Media Manager will develop performance marketing strategies, oversee campaign performance, and provide guidance to account teams in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Own the overall paid media strategy across assigned accounts, recommending channel mix and budget allocations tailored to client goals Monitor performance trends and provide actionable direction to ensure campaigns meet CPA targets and align with business priorities Lead the quarterly testing roadmap, defining hypotheses and setting clear decision criteria for ad copy and strategic adjustments Required Qualifications 8+ years of paid media management experience, including 3 years in healthcare marketing Hands-on mastery of platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Ads, with a deep understanding of attribution and conversion tracking Proven track record in building media mix plans and managing budget allocations across multi-channel portfolios Experience mentoring PMMs and Specialists to improve their performance Strong decision-making skills and the ability to translate complex dataset trends into actionable strategies
