Lead Engineering Technician

Perks: Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Weekly paycheck Pay: $ 41.00/hour Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Responsibilities: Lead, train, and mentor Engineering Technicians while providing technical guidance within the R&D laboratory. Plan, coordinate, and conduct laboratory testing, product evaluations, failure investigations, and quality assurance testing. Collect, analyze, and interpret test data; prepare technical reports, recommendations, and engineering documentation. Support new product development, continuous improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and laboratory operations while maintaining GMP, FDA, and ISO standards. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience, OR Associate Degree/Technical Certificate with a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible engineering technician experience. Experience working in a regulated manufacturing, testing, medical device, or laboratory environment preferred. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, laboratory testing methods, troubleshooting, data analysis, and technical documentation. Ability to lead and train technical personnel, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
