Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter for a 3-month temporary contract opportunity in Downtown Jacksonville, FL, with the potential for extension. This onsite role will focus on recruiting Finance and IT professionals in a fast-paced corporate environment.

This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, building candidate pipelines, and managing requisitions from intake through placement. The ideal candidate will bring strong sourcing skills, professional communication, and the ability to deliver a positive candidate experience while supporting critical hiring needs.

You will join a collaborative team environment where organization, follow-through, and strong relationship-building are valued. This role is well suited for someone who thrives in a structured Monday through Friday schedule and enjoys contributing to a professional, team-oriented recruiting function.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and source qualified candidates for Finance and IT positions.
- Manage the recruiting process from sourcing through candidate selection and placement.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, priorities, and position expectations.
- Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, and support a professional candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and related documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $22 to $26 per hour.
- Job Type: 3-month temporary contract with possible extension.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Work Arrangement: Fully onsite in Downtown Jacksonville, FL.
- Start Date: ASAP.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Recruit for Finance and IT-related positions in a corporate environment.
- Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement activities.
- Partner with hiring managers to support active staffing priorities.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate activity tracking.

- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Finance and/or IT roles.
- Corporate or professional recruiting experience is required.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work fully onsite Monday through Friday in Downtown Jacksonville.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting for both Finance and IT positions.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, resume databases, and online sourcing tools.
- Experience supporting contract, temporary, or high-priority recruiting needs.
- Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
