We are looking for a talented HR Generalist to partner closely with our HR Director. In this role, you won’t just be managing tasks—you’ll be a cultural pillar and a strategic partner, providing our departments with the guidance and support they need to hit their goals.As part of a small, agile team, we need a go-getter who is ready to own their responsibilities and step up to tackle new projects as we grow. If you are a natural leader who balances operational excellence with genuine empathy, we want you on our team.What You’ll DoPayroll & Finance: Own the end-to-end execution of semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll for both hourly and salaried employees. Reconcile reports and collaborate with Finance for seamless general ledger integration.Benefits Administration: Coordinate annual Open Enrollment, manage plan communications, and lead system updates. Serve as the subject matter expert and broker liaison for our health and financial wellness programs.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Support recruitment efforts and champion the onboarding experience (including orientation, compliance/I-9 verification, welcome tours, and initial training).Employee Relations & Support: Partner with the HR Director to deliver guidance across training, wage/benefit administration, and employee relations activities.Compliance & Culture: Ensure total alignment with company policies as well as local, state, and federal labor laws (EEOC, ADA, etc.).
What You BringEducation & ExperienceDegree: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
Key Qualifications & SkillsThe HR Toolkit: Deep knowledge of employment laws (EEOC, ADA) and high proficiency with MS Office and HRIS platforms (Paycor experience is a huge plus!).Communication & Trust: Exceptional interpersonal skills. You possess the diplomacy, patience, and tact required to navigate sensitive issues and build deep trust across all departments.Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, resourcefulness mindset. You thrive under pressure, manage multiple deadlines with ease, and love a fast-paced environment.Execution Focus: Highly organized with laser-sharp attention to detail and a results-driven, collaborative approach to teamwork.
