Industrial Maintenance Helper

Mechanical HelperWe are seeking a dependable and hardworking Mechanical Helper to support the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment. This is a hands-on role requiring experience with mechanical and electrical systems, hand tools, and power tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work at heights when required.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipmentWork safely at heights using ladders, lifts, and fall protection equipmentSupport technicians with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systemsOperate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectivelyFollow all company safety policies and OSHA regulationsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentPerform additional duties as assigned to support operationsQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of mechanical and/or electrical experienceComfortable working at heightsProficient in the use of hand tools and power toolsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and safety proceduresReliable transportation and dependable attendanceTeam-oriented attitude with a strong work ethicEducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAdditional InformationThis is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term career potential for motivated individuals seeking growth in an industrial manufacturing environment.
